Often times, we have clients tell us their home went under contract in 24 hours. Real estate photography that showcases your home in the best light is valuable. As of 2023, statistics show that listings using real estate photography sell 32% faster.

You can always expect the best quality services and products. We will go above and beyond to make sure your space is photographed and/or filmed to sell.

We currently serve Haywood, Buncombe, and surrounding counties. Travel time of an hour or more from Asheville/Clyde will have a travel fee of $30

Each package is à la carte. You can purchase any service based on your preference.

We usually only prorate our standard photo package when it is an add on to a drone package. This is often the case with a lot/land listing. Depending on the accessibility of the land, we typically take around 8 photos. Please discuss details with us prior to your appointment

Home measuring is the square footage with an outlined diagram, while floor plan is the square footage with all the interior walls and room labels. Both are measured from the outside of the home and up to all NC real estate commission guidelines on home measuring. 

1. Clean and declutter your home as best as possible. This makes your home look larger and can help buyers imagine their stuff in the home.
2. Sweep and wipe down all surfaces. 
3. Remove an excess of personal items, such as family photos. This is for your personal privacy; these photos will be posted on the internet.
4. We understand you may be in the process of moving. As much as possible, please place all of your moving boxes in closets, storage areas, cabinets, or a designated room that will not be photographed. 
5. Open all blinds and curtains.
6. Turn on all lights, including lamps.
7. Turn off all fans.

It's up to you and how you and your seller feel most comfortable. We do have Supra capabilities but will need to be granted access before arriving on site. Just let us know beforehand how we will be accessing the property.

We plan to get photos returned no later than 24 hours. If you are not planning on immediately going live, any extra time is greatly appreciated.

We understand things happen unexpectedly. We'd appreciate as much advanced notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. When rescheduling, we will do our best to schedule your new appointment in a timely manner. During our busy season, this could be longer than expected. If we show up at the property and you have failed to notify us of a change in date or time, there will be a $100 no call/no show fee.

If you do not have a signed contract with your seller, we advise holding off on scheduling with us.

Preferably as soon as you have a chance to look at it, we understand sometimes that can take several days.

We have decided to implement a late fee of 10% after 3 weeks. We understand life can get crazy and hard, but we need an open line of communication in order to best help you. If you would like a payment plan or have some extenuating circumstance, you are more than welcome to contact us. We would love to work with you!

First of all, we absolutely cannot fly the drone in any kind of precipitation or high wind. Otherwise, the rest of the weather is pretty much fair game. Keep in touch with us on this one. the weather changes minute by minute in the mountains. Some clients prefer a perfect day and others have to list ASAP. This is different for every property. Keep us in the loop and we'll figure it out together!
